• Production & Processing: Every SOVA item is crafted specifically for you upon purchase. Our production partners typically require 2–4 business days to prepare your order.

• Shipping Estimates: Once produced, your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Oman & GCC	7 – 14 Business Days
International (US, UK, EU, etc.)	10 – 20 Business Days

• Important Note: Because our items are made-to-order, shipping times are estimates and may vary based on production volume and international courier efficiency.

• Customs & Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
